Longevity

In the East, rejuvenative of longevity therapies have an ancient tradition. There are tonics for increasing stamina and for regenerating tissues that are worn out. There are also simple supplementation possibilities for those who are deficient in one or more nutrients. Chyawanprash is an Ayurvedic tonic that promotes deeper assimilation of nutrients. It is also a magnificent source of vitamin C and the world's best anti-oxidant.

Loss of stamina due to stress or trauma is addressed by increasing the potential for coping with stress and eliminating the causes of stress. Chinese kidney yin tonics gradually augment the margins for handling stress. Of these, my favorite is Jatoba.

Some products can be used on a short-term basis to support people through hard times. Others can be used after the cancer treatment is completed when attention can be directed to longer-term needs.

Another tip for those suffering from radiation burns and loss of elasticity due to radiation of the pelvic area: douche or use retention enemas with body temperature pure organic, cold pressed sesame oil. Do this every day for three weeks. You will be astounded at the difference.
